Teams exist because there is a challenge or an opportunity that is too big for one person to handle alone.

Built on two principals and standards that ‘Leaders Are Not Born, They Are Made’ and ‘Great Teams Don’t Happen By Accident’, our program for professional and college teams focuses on three clear functional driving forces of innovation - Leadership Development, Building Team Effectiveness and Performance Optimization in pursuit of creating and sustaining a high performance culture as we build an extraordinary team.

We are very fortunate to work with the top high performance organizations and teams in the country, from elite corporate leadership teams to professional sports teams and top NCAA collegiate programs to our special operations community within our military.

The core spirit behind OAR 360 is to 'Optimize Accelerated Readiness, Resiliency and Response' in full scope from a leadership development mindset.

We’ve learned that the most effective teams respond to challenges more seamlessly. Effective teams are more consistent and have the strongest results.

We cover every detail required to build an effective team from empowering cultures through the importance of clear communications.

Most of the elite corporate leadership teams, organizations, and coaches we work with at the high performance level will tell you it's more then just competing for championships, their teams, staff, and ground force are winning for life.

Phase 1:

Pre-Season/Off-Season Maintenance Program

Through symposiums, break-out sessions, workshops, and individual mentorship with players and coaches and corporate leadership teams and staff, we will integrate three clear functional areas of Leadership Development, Building Team Effectiveness, and Performance Optimization with a focus on creating and sustaining a high performance culture and building an extraordinary mindset.

Phase 2:

Leadership Reaction Course (LRC)

An unparalleled, engaging and rigorous experiential team-building experience designed and led by leadership experts from our US Special Operations Community. Based on real world missions within our special operations community, our Leadership Reaction Course (LRC) brings your athletic teams an experience that will become the core foundation of what it takes to become a great leader, a great teammate, a cohesive unit, and ultimately an extraordinary team.

Embedded within the challenges of the Leadership Reaction Course (LRC) are the leadership and team-building principles and standards your team will hear throughout our Phase 1 and has a detailed and practical debrief as the culminating event to prepare to transfer the experience and learning's back to the athletic field, boardroom, or office.

Our team of instructors will discuss the importance of rigorous and realistic training, trust and how to build it, the need for a clearly defined and communicated team mission as well as standard operating procedures, and the need to adapt to on-the ground realities to ensure mission accomplishment.

Phase 3:

In-Season Support

Weekly or game specific mindset sessions with coaching staff and players throughout the season, both directly and indirectly, and focused on particular needs along with on-field support for specified practices and games as we continue to lay down and introduce new building blocks and layers sustaining a high performance culture.
